We all need to eat. But food can become more than something that simply nourishes us. In this session, Julie will consider how to transform destructive eating patterns–like compulsive overeating, constant dieting, food focus and emotional eating–to habits that are healthy and glorify Christ.

Julie finds joy in 1 Corinthians 10:31 that says “So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking delicious meals for them (their favorite is Mexican!). She has a heart for seeing women build up Christ-centered relationships and friendships, and enjoys encouraging women in all stages of life.
